The main services we provided:

1.Responsible for the daily management of the secondary units of the social education system (continuing education college, vocational and technical education college, network education college, affiliated primary and secondary schools, medical school attached health school). It mainly includes the annual assessment of secondary units and cadres; Secondary unit teachers’ technical job evaluation and staff rank promotion management work; Regular inspections of secondary units, strengthening supervision and business supervision of cadres, and standardizing school-running behavior; Conduct financial audit inspections of secondary units and strengthen financial supervision; Strengthen the supervision of the education fees of secondary units; Strengthen the discipline construction of secondary units; Responsible for the integration of quality resources for basic education and promote balanced development of different campuses；Responsible for non-operating asset management, including basic education cooperation in school management, and implementation of school income; Responsible for the school-related work of Xi'an Jiaotong University City College.

2.Formulate the school's continuing education development plan, formulate and improve the continuing education management norms and supporting policies and systems. Formulate the “13th Five-Year” development plan for continuing education in schools and organize and promote implementation; Conduct irregular inspections, dynamic adjustments, and implement standardized management of continuing education off-campus learning centers; Review relevant enrollment, teaching, exams and other programs; Responsible for continuing education quality monitoring and quality assessment, and establishing a continuing education quality certification system.

3.Overall planning and assessment management of all types of education and training throughout the school. Establish a unified information publishing platform for non-academic continuing education; Conduct unified certificate management; Responsible for the approval, registration and publicity of non-degree training programs; Establish a flexible and open information service platform; Responsible for the overall coordination of training projects; Responsible for handling related disputes and litigation arising from education and training; Formulate management methods for non-degree education in schools.

4.Responsible for the development of the education market and brand creation. Coordinate, organize and guide relevant units to jointly create brand projects, and actively explore the education and training market; Coordinate and promote the internationalization of continuing education and develop overseas education and training; Strengthen cooperation with the government, related industries and large enterprise groups, and jointly carry out training projects; Responsible for the coordination and promotion of the Silk Road Academy and the UNESCO International Engineering Knowledge Training Base.
